Beacon Hill, located along a dune ridge in Gulf County, Florida, is a small Gulf-front community known for its stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the historic Beacon Hill Lighthouse, which once served as a beacon at the entrance to St. Joseph Bay. Positioned just east of Mexico Beach and bordered by Highway 386, Beacon Hill provides a charming coastal experience. In 1996, Beacon Hill became home to a community park, which features a playground, picnic tables (both covered and open), restrooms, a boardwalk leading to the beach, and even a softball/baseball field. The park, known as Veteran's Memorial Park, offers a variety of amenities, including pet-friendly zones, making it an ideal spot for families, visitors, and locals to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
