Description

Adams Key, located within Biscayne National Park in Miami-Dade County, is a tranquil island retreat with a rich history. Once the site of the exclusive Cocolobo Club, which hosted notable figures like Presidents Harding, Hoover, Johnson, and Nixon, Adams Key now serves as a serene day-use area accessible only by boat. Visitors can explore a short trail through a lush hardwood hammock, relax at the picnic pavilion, and enjoy available restroom facilities. Located on the north side of Caesar Creek near the southern tip of Elliott Key, this scenic spot in Biscayne Bay is open from dawn until dusk, offering a peaceful escape with a glimpse into Florida’s storied past.
